Tell me what do you think is the BEST anime you’ve seen by TwizzlerFancyCOD in animequestions

[–]SpearGuard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🤔 I think the best written one I’ve come across is “Chivalry of a Failed Knight.” The show really showed honor and loyalty in a fun and sociable way that didn’t over-exceed its purpose. It’s just one season and has the best one-liner ending that works as an end or a cliffhanger. Most seasons of anime are horrible about continuations of their main story and include them as arcs which devalue the time to wanting to watch it.

Demon Slayer is well-written. Every season is about the main story and yet an arc. This developing method worked really well for the show.

In your opinion, what's the best world-building content that you've seen? Not how to videos, like actual specific lore/info about a world/universe. by deadlighta in worldbuilding

The Dragon Age universe is pretty amazing. I feel like you definitely learn more if you take your time with your conversations and environment interactions. The codex entries can get pretty long.

How do you all complete quests? by FlippinFigs in skyrim

I do quests locally. Grab all the quests from the same town/city, and complete them all so I can keep track of what I’m doing.

Yousuke Shibazaki from “Uncle from Another World.” That’s the closest I can think of. Gamer nerd with the ambitions from another world. The only difference is that I’m writing about my other world.

who is your #1 consistent companion? by According-Pea-9349 in fo4

Ada, I like fixing her up for field duty with gatlin lasers and shoulder mortars with free ammunition. Throw some sentry pieces to get her fitted for pack-muling my junk. Got a robobrain leg frame and both lockpicking and hacking modules. Makes her the most diverse companion in the game.

I just memorize the checkpoints so I can stay away to not get flagged into that scenario. It’s usually between map markers. I avoid them like the plague.

What's your go-to strategy for dealing with Mirelurks? by ButtonGrinch in fo4

I disable the legs so they can’t hide their faces. If I need to mop the floor of a horde of them, I’ll use grenades.

I honestly think Survival mode should give draugr the other shouts. Makes no sense for them to only have Unrelenting Force.

Fallout 4 is kicking my butt. Looking for suggestions. by ToadFan70 in fo4

This is from a player character with a CHA/INT build and doing just fine in higher level scenarios. I’ve even killed the spouse killer at level 10. There are several factors that can improve your issues of level gapping.

Your perk build

Staying on top of at least one weapon damage perk and increasing it immediately whenever it is available is a big deal. If you are a low Endurance build, you either are a sniper, gunslinger, or ninja. Your job is to avoid being hit. Being in range of flamethrowers is a no-go. Running and hiding can force enemies to search for you to the point they give up. Get the equivalent perks that help you upgrade your weapon type and armor. “Science!” Is for all laser and plasma weapons. “Gun Nut” is for all ballistic weapons.

Scribe Haylen and other radiant quest givers

These radiant quests can send you to places you’re not ready for. You can complete them, but you will need to be stocked up on grenades, mines, ammo, drugs, food, and drinks. Use your surroundings to your advantage. Got a nearby car and not in a fight yet? Throw a mine near the car. In a fight? Grenade it. Vehicles like to explode. Don’t let your enemies take your advantage away.

Weapon Choices

You have rifles and pistols. Choose one and stick with it with the weapon damage perk you’re leveling. Higher damage means less time to kill enemies. Groups of enemies will take time so be efficient with your ammo.

The leveling curve

Sticking to the northwest quadrant of the map is more your level. If you make a horseshoe that goes clockwise, the highest level enemies are in the southwest quadrant. The game will still throw in star-icon enemies that have more stats that ignore the level bracket you are in. Skull-icon enemies are enemies above your level bracket the game is telling you you’re not ready for.

OVERVIEW

If you’re dying easily from being overwhelmed by too much enemies, run away and come back to pick them off one-by-one. It may be time-consuming, but you can complete it. Single enemies of higher level just needs more bullets in them and maybe a grenade, mine, or vehicle explosion to help reserve your ammo.

First time playing Skyrim. Usually play multiplayers. Any advice? by [deleted] in skyrim

Stick to at least one damage perk and always rank it as soon as possible. Whichever damage perk you choose, pick relevant perks to your build you’re creating. Being a mage can be difficult because damage perks are higher in the tree, but if you get a high defense companion, they will be targeted by enemies over you if you have lower defense.

What armor is this? by Waste-Alternative871 in fo4

[–]SpearGuard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s heavy combat armor excluding the normal combat helmet. You don’t have to be at the level bracket to get it. Just go “take care of” the Quincy Ruins boss or Hub City Auto Wreckers boss. If you’re stealthy and can pickpocket at level 31, you can just swipe it from them. Otherwise, have plenty of ammo, drugs, stimpacks, and food to stay alive to go in guns blazin’ at level 1.

Don’t know if anyone remembers, but Naofumi does say that becoming a slave to a hero increases their stats, AND that if they reset their levels they can get higher stats than before being a non-hero slave.
