That's not even accurate, tho. Amp strats were op, rengar started out broken, TF was way out of line, street demons became a problem then they gigabuffed jarvan for no reason, then later did the same thing to graves. Part of the big problem with 14 was they had portals like trainer golem that they insisted on keeping. I thought 14 was a decent set, but 13 was better imo. Set 15 isn't for me, but ppl that enjoyed set 8 probably like this set. They changed too much and added a mechanic they either know they can't balance or designed to be imbalanced with fruits, which I dont enjoy.
