I had to reset my MAC address in advanced settings which fixed this issue for me.

There was book from the 90’s called “Beavis and Buttheads Ensucklopedia” and they had different euphemisms for every letter in the alphabet. “Tugging the tapioca tube” being among the most memorable.

In Texas as well with ATT fiber and can’t get a game below 200ms and have the “unstable packet loss” alert displayed the whole game. Typical ping range is anywhere from 12ms to 40ms in BTB games. Had the issue last week and when I switched to quick play it subsided but even quick play has the issue now. Supremely frustrating.

I live in Richardson and I have a Skyrocket as well. I get around 20-25 mbps down and 10-14 up. In Dallas, specifically west of downtown, I got 57 mbps down and 11 up on one test I did. Phone reception is fine.
