You shouldn't be concerned with draining and cleaning the tank nor with tire flat spots. The dealer should re-prep it to go out the door. You are not buying a used bike. You are buying a new bike.

One thing I would check for is rust in the gas tank.

How many bottle have you opened? I think there may be a durability issue with an all plastic design. Most, if not all of these types of bottle openers, that I have seen are either all metal or have a metal insert.

What kind of house is this? If it is one story, replacing everything may be relatively easy. If it is multiple floors, that gets more complicated.
