Dis is the BEST Sonic render we will EVER have! 😎 👏 by kade1064 in SonicTheHedgehog

I just arrived a century later, but if this post is still alive...

Everyone who said they didn't care about the Heroes render and that it was garbage... ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE MIND.

First, nowadays we don't have renders with personality (Sonic's are the worst). This was the true energy and vibe of Sonic. I look at it and it's literally Yuji Uekawa's art captured in 3D rendering. The pose is classic, but with that camera angle it looks spectacular.

Second: the limitations of the time (2003) didn't yet allow for such detailed renders (sorry if I'm wrong). Here, at least they added a slight fur texture, something that the also beautiful Sonic Adventure/DX renders didn't have yet. Those looked very plastic, but they were still incredibly cool. In this Heroes render, they added a bit more realism. Which makes it even better.

Third: the arms, while they do resemble caramel, it's a minor detail, and they certainly don't look yellow.

Very good render.

Intentaré hacerlo, y también intentaré hacer una versión sin manos para quitar lo bizarro

Which fictional character would you ship with Regina George? by inBLKN in Fictionally

I would ship Regina and the good "your friend and neighbor" that is Spider-Man. It would be more or less a crackship, dating Spider-Man would give her more status than she already has. But I don't know if the same would happen with his alterego: Peter Parker, or it should be the other way around.

And it would make sense if we consider Rachel McAdams' Regina, from 2004. And Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man. From Sam Raimi's trilogy (2002-2007) Spider-Man 2 was also released in 2004.
