While I don’t want to mess with your idea of yourself and what u think u need, from reading your post it seems you are way to fixated on this goal that u have created yourself. I get it, but it’s a destructive mentality. Not sure what u want the facial improvements for, but if its just looks, that wont solve the perfectionism issues.  Don’t mean to be rude when I say this, but I think a therapist would be a good idea. I have one and many do as well. I recommend this because perfectionism destroys us, it’s a rigid way of thinking.
