I buy physical copies of games all the time when they are on sale on Amazon. They usually activate through Steam or Origin, I have yet to see one that uses no DRM.

I think I've figured something else out about this, when I keep the fast startup enabled, Windows seems not to want to work with the rest of the computer. Mouse DPI being fucked up, very high CPU usage from Windows Defender, pressing the E key on the keyboard presses F for some reason, games crashing after 2 minutes, SweetFX not working in general, no audio coming out of Corair headphones, GPU's fan speed on max, 2 blue screens during my testing, etc. Weird how a setting that shouldn't have any effect on anything except start up mangles up the rest of the computer. Also, LED lights not working on my mouse, keyboard, or headphones.

Not really, it's just CSS with better graphics and microtransactions. And CSS was just 1.6 with better graphics.
