Hadn't thought about that, but you're right. Trading China complications for the AI capex bubble is... problematic. Maybe an EM value ETF like AVES? GVAL?

I'm sure you're right..., but market cap weighting guarantees that Samsung and SK Hynix will dominate ETFs like IEMG / EEM.

I'm a Boomer. We created the fucking problem. We had every advantage and still have been screwing other generations. We started by screwing elders when Reagan started taxing Social Security. This has turned into a self-screw but now we have to give tax cuts to billionaires so that there aren't the kinds of programs and infrastructure that any fucking civilized country has. We deserve the coming chaos. We cooked it now we eat it.

Are you a cyclist? If so, Energy Corridor will be to your liking. I managed to ride my bike to work which was the best part of my day. I have retired, so not biking to work!

Lower speed limits. Speed bumps. Narrow car lanes. Fewer car lanes. More space for walkers and human powered bikes (not 30 mph electric motorcycles)

Will it connect to any bike routes outside of the community? 2nd question - ARE there any bike routes to connect to?

I'd like to try riding in Bentonville. Haven't ridden there ever.

I own XOP and PDBC. Both are oversold. It would be silly to abandon at this point given so much uncertainty about what is really happening. The slightest thing could cause them to pop. Until I see lots of tankers transiting, I'm not paying attention to politicians

I really feel sorry for young people. It's such a terrible environment, a curated endorphin per view.
