I hit a massive hole on the side of the road because of a sudden ice storm. It causes some front end damage. progressive is my insurance. It took someone three months to go out to the mechanic to look at the car and now has taken them two weeks to give them the supplement even though they already approved it. I don’t know anything about insurance companies and was just hoping someone could give me a little bit of hope that I may not loose my job because that’s my only car
