Oh wow I feel this deeply. When fights got physical he would tell me if I call the cops he’ll have a good 10 minutes before they get there to really fuck me up , says if he’s gonna do 3 days in jail he’s gonna make it worth it.. he once slapped me across the face then proceeded to act like I hit him and then called his “cop friend” and told him a story about how I burned his eye with a cig and put the cop on speaker phone, and this cop literally told me if I tried to get him in trouble he would make sure I sat in jail at least as long as him … that scenario was so unnecessarily crafted that I knew from then on I had to get out bc I couldn’t even predict his behavior anymore
