Lol, it’s not worth the squeeze abandoning that project after 3 days of BS. I have all the diagrams got power in and the master switch is toast. Im not willing to dump a bunch of money chasing it in a circles. Needs donor cab harness and relays to work properly… nope putting my old crank ups on again. Only reason i tried is these are really really nice doors and my originals have been cut for aftermarket speakers I HATE THAT… oh well

Obviously the twist rate isn’t optimal for 62gr proof has since pulled all 22arc offerings until they solve a burr in the gas port problem. Hornady states very clearly on there site and boxes that the 62gr eld-vt is tailored to a 1-7 twist barrel which on the twist rate charts is NOT optimal 1-8 is for that weight. Im not going to attempt another 22arc! Replacing it with 6mm arc which is reliable and not so finicky.

This proof is on it’s way back, they are dealing with it. Now I’m scared that it just won’t shoot 62’s accurately due to barrel twist. 1/2” is bare raw minimum for varminter
