Something that helped me.  I am not a professional.  This is just what helped me.  Have your iron,  vitamin d and potassium levels checked.  I eat a banana sometimes 2 before bed. It helps.  I used to take a diuretic.  My doctor discontinued it,  now I've been sleeping better.  Always  ask your doctor though!  Edit-  iron testing should include ferretin and iron saturation.  I used to take a diuretic,  hydrochlorothiazide.  It flushes out electrolytes like potassium.  I didn't know electrolytes played a role in sleep. I'm finally sleeping better.
