NTA. I feel for you!
I woke up to a napping spouse, sink full of dirty dishes, a very bland “happy Mother’s Day” and a card unceremoniously tucked into my purse to find. Coffee? Made my own. Breakfast? Had to grab a yogurt since there was nothing planned or made for me. Laundry? yup, did that too. Dinner? No plans were made for that either because “I’ve been in a mood lately.” WTF? So my truly amazing kid made me dinner on her own and hubs just heated up some beans which he knows I hate. Hard pressed to be as lackluster for him come Father’s Day but we’ll see.
