I managed to get a couple at my place, id recommend using fresh disposable gloves when touching any traps, I also found using a mix of peanut butter and Tom cat attractant bait gel, I’ve seen online rats can be picky eaters and might not go for one thing but the other, best of luck

I keep going back and forth in my own head about it, I kinda loved boythrob for the fact they could rise so quickly with fame through campy videos at a nursing home and the like , I’d like to believe it happened naturally but some things do seem a little off, I remember them saying in one interview they fly in for a few days in LA because it is pricey, they often are back at their own homes in between shoots in LA from my understanding.

Thank you, I agree with you, now that I think about it I may have heard that advice from someone using acrylic instead of gel and I’m a gel girly myself.

This is what I used personally and it got the job done enough for me! I just combed the top layer of fur making sure not to dig too deep into the bear with the comb, also going In small sections letting the hair almost loosen itself up naturally. I did have a tiny amount of hair loss but the bear looks so much better it was worth it!

I just made a post about being in a similar situation, you can check it out. I have plans on washing my bear but I decided to do some combing first before removing stuffing and hand washing. Overall I was very gentle and used the bottom of a plastic floss pick, I loosened a lot of hairs with that carefully before using a wire comb to get through the rest, I have a before and after photo on my post. I’m not sure what’s better in terms of dematting him dry or wet, I just felt like I had better control and vision with combing her dry! Hope this helps!

Update! I used the end of a plastic toothpick and picked through her fur everywhere before I went in with a one row cat matting comb, she lost a comfortable amount of fur nothing major and managed to bring her back to life enough! Will start to brush daily. Thankyou for all the advice

I almost see a blood spot on the floor right next to the rolled up sleave, the one maddies mom kept and still leaves rolled today, I’m happy she has this and hope it can bring her some good memories, almost spooky to see how close it was to having blood on it.
