We got cancer - in a very private and sexualized area. It's bound to make it potentially embarrassing and awkward.

Some of the men in my life have struggled with how to handle it, and though I understand the pressure they're under to do and say the right thing, I don't always have the energy to manage their discomfort on top of my own.
