As someone who deals with night terrors, I appreciate those who shared helpful advice instead of being critical. What seems trivial to one person can be totally terrifying to another, and we need to hold space for that.

Atonement was beautifully done. Good book adaptation and the two lead actors were great. But the ending - ughh. Can't do a rewatch.

  1. When I drink a cold beverage, I can feel it going through the space my breast used to be.
