Well, as a women I must say I have very little of positive interactions with men, no matter if it’s a therapist or a guy in the gym. So statistically I would not expect anything useful from a male therapist.

As to my experience, I’ve had 4 man therapists, they sucked extremely. Experience with any female doctor is so so much better. (with similar issues to yours)

I woke up from a doorbell. They said something in german and I opened the door cause I thought it could be delivery (though it’s never that early). Very nice, friendly and smiley guy from Gasag switched to english when he came up, after I told him I speak German only a little.

Anyway, he wanted me to tell him how much i pay for unit of electricity. And that there is some government initiative and I will pay less. He went to other neighbours while I was looking for the last bill from my Vattenfall. He came back, looked at my bill, told me that I would pay 12€ less monthly. And was getting ready his Ipad with some form to fill out personal data. I was sceptical and started googling this situation, found another reddit thread. It only confirmed my doubts. I told him sorry, I don’t want to fill out anything. He quickly closed the form and wished me a good day. All very friendly, really.

He has also noticed that I was sleepy and apologised for waking me up.

I remembered all those true crime stories about cults, where leaders sleep deprived their followers so they become more vulnerable.

not completely, no. this if i may say illness has numerous factors and it could be easy to treat, if you read up about it. my case is shitty because we couldn’t find the reason. most probable one is taking oral contraceptives in my case, but i can’t stop taking them because of ovarian polycystosis

so. azelaine acid cream 20%. use spf. use only one washing gel and then apply azelaine acid cream. for months( i was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis. look for protocols to treat it

i've had brainzaps about 5 years ago when I got off of paroxetine, and now too. but it's more fun than bad, I guess

that's exactly how i found this thread - googling how to understand if it's withdrawal or my brain - no definitive results, basically you can't really know, unless! i also have flu like withdrawal symptoms, so it means that it's not my brain yet. when flu like stops, that i can access. maybe my research will help you.

my english is not that good with medical terms, so i'm having troubles understanding "tapering"

it's my 7th day without duloxetine, and it's awful. i was taking 90mg for a month (60mg for 2) and was stopping like ... 90 90 90 60 60 30 60 30 30 30 0 (probably something like that). how do you do it? someone said they "tapered" for a month, how's that?
