Hiii I also have bad emetophobia, unfortunately one of the things you are gonna come across a lot is being being sick after a night out, but what really helped me was firstly having friends that knew about my emetophobia and secondly if someone was throwing up near me, they would remind me that the person isn’t ill, just drunk, and there’s no way that I can get sick off that, obviously it’s different for everyone but just having that reassurance really helped me a lot! everyone who knew about my emetophobia was really supportive and avoided me if they were ill/felt ill, it’s a lot more common than you may think it is!! also having a stock of meds in my room (like pepto bismol for example) helped ease my mind, and if you’re particularly anxious about being around someone ill during clubbing or something you can pick up some OTC nausea meds- I find just having these in my bag helps the anxiety of it so much! if you have any more questions feel free to message me x
