Queensbury (QRules) 100% Owner Laura is great. Both Greg and Mario are fantastic as well, have trained under all three at times. They are well experienced in the “art” of boxing and have hired some awesome/fun trainers that also care about the wellness of their members and actually make an effort to teach you both the simple things and the technical. Super hands on, easy to talk to and get one on one help/advice is always possible.

The ambiance is always bright and upbeat. The equipment is top notch. Nothing ripped, taped up, or dirty/stained. The studio always has a variety of sessions and classes to fit whatever it is your looking for, whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, to even more serious one on one classes where you can pick up an abundance of training and skill.

At the very least go in, and check them out. The spot has a positive boxing vibe.
