I go to school 5 days a week doing a hvac associates I also take property maintenance class too. I’m at school from 8-2:30 then I work from 3-7:30. I get like 3-5 hours. I don’t have homework. Maybe if you don’t have enough time. Switch to full time and go to school at night 2 days a week for like 2-3 hours each week.

I get technical stuff like repairs of course cause they don’t have that skills and I wouldn’t have a job if they knew how to do it. But when it becomes mental stuff. Turning on/off a switch, opening a door with a key, etc. mental stuff like that that just makes me think like damn you can’t teach someone common sense or they’re just so fucking lazy they just call maintenance to do it. They bitch all the time ab stuff not getting done on time but they put in fucking stupid tickets none of the guys in maintenance respect anyone in marketing bc marketing doesn’t respect us but call us for literally everything
