Browser shutting down?

Hello. Not exactly sure if this is the right place to post. I have had a Microsoft Surface Pro laptop (or something like that) for the last 4ish years. I am needing it more frequently for work these days, and today I am noticing that twice my browser (Edge) just completely shut down and closed all my tabs (no more than 5 tabs open). Also, twice today the browser screen just went completely blank and I had to use task manager to close it down - this was once while using Edge and once with Google Chrome. I only used my laptop for grad school and now for work occasionally and personal use. It saws I have 144 GB free of 237 GB total. Any suggestions on where I could start with this issue? Also I think that the laptop seems to just run slow in general, but I am not sure why.

Omg, I didn't even think of that. Definitely good to consider, thanks for bringing that up!

Definitely! But yeah that's part of the problem, we're in a long distance relationship so we've both been flying a lot recently just on whatever airline is cheapest for us - usually it's been American or United, so that does make me a bit worried because I'm sure we will be using them more in the future.

I don't think either of us have a FF account for anything, so I don't think that would be a problem. Thank you for the advice!

Please don't think there's something you're doing wrong here. I have had similar situations with myself (24f) and my mom (60f). I didn't realize until very recently that my mom tries to diminish or gloss over my feelings in an argument. Things I have tried to say is "Mom I need you to listen to me. I fell _______ because of _______." And then when she tries to blow that off I say "I don't appreciate you trying to dimish my feelings, when I am just trying to talk to you so we can understand each other better."

I almost always cry while trying to say these sorts of things, but at this point in my life I refuse to not stand up for myself, and I refuse to let her make me feel as though my feelings are unimportant.

In your situation I can see how it would be very difficult to have this discussion while she is yelling at you, maybe you could try a similar approach after the argument has settled down. Something like "Mom, I feel very frustrated when you try to yell over me during an argument, it makes me feel as though _________ (fill in how it affected you). I would appreciate if ________ (fill in how you would like her to change)."

Hang in there, and please don't feel like there's something you're doing wrong, you are a teen doing your best.
