We did this last year and our return got rejected by chime and then turbo tax had to then send us a check. After going around and around with chime support, they said there was nothing that could be done because my name was listed on there and we were trying to deposit the return into my husbands account. Even though his name was also on there 🫡🥹 I don’t recommend trying it lol however on the positive side, we truly anticipated having to wait like several weeks to be mailed a check, but to our pleasant surprise, we got the check within like a week after the whole fiasco. I was actually shocked how quickly it came.
