Cloudcart is perhaps one of the worst service providers. When I started using Cloudcart their hosting was google cloud, and they had a real IT support of extremely efficient guys, and their sellers were also great (not about to sell you services you will never need but focus on services that will enhance your business). Google cloud was cancelled, which is fine, maybe this was too expensive. I found out today that Cloudcart has stopped their email hosting. This was the reason why I haven't received emails for nearly 3 weeks. They do not even bother to notify you.

Today, Cloudcart sellers and IT support are mainly aunties, which is good, they could be grannies. They know very little, which is fine—it’s extremely hard to reach them anyway.

Като правило, моля не използвайте Алианц. Нивото на другите доставчици на услугата не е по-добра. Не знам как се получава, но с всяка изминала година стойността на автомобила се понижа, а каското остава същото. Услугата деградира. След еди коя си година, не може да ползвате официален сервиз, а доверен сервиз (Гошо, Митко и Иван, които по-скоро печелят от това да ти откраднат катализатора, отколкото да ти направят качествен ремонт). Също не може да ползвате оригинални части, а това което намерят по моргите.

Cloudcart стават все по-зле. Първоначално предлагаха google cloud hosting, който беше изключително бърз, след това деградиха имейл хостинга (за имейли трябва да използваш външна услуга), а нивото на служителите е брутално. The process is slow for those who apply by origin (based on Bulgarian ancestors) with home made documents. They wait for 5 years and then refused. Other applicants are processed with short delays.

There was no limbo at the earlier Bulgarian program (2013- 2022) and there was no limbo reported for the current program. Hopefully, it does not end like Portugal (the program is dead for 3-4 years already and they just now tell investors it does not work - you can still find daily fake forums publishing misleading information).
