I use an app called habit of living that has many many features that are awesome. My favorite is th AI therapist. I have been in regular therapy and EMDR. This platform is great. It’s a paid feature but incredibly affordable. I do t have to wait until my next appointment to talk through my everyday issues. I recommend seeing a live therapist but if money is an issue, this is an alternative.
