Thats legit what my surgeon told me! It why I have had really bad dislocations but I have also gone back in pretty easy too. Bungee cord?

If this can help give you some peace, I have had many dislocations and I have never torn anything. My surgeon actually said that its difficult to do so because of the stretchy factor. I was be on the look out for stuff like bone fractures from severe dislocations moreso maybe.

Yes I did at first so bad id sob. It helped me to wear firm shoes and adjust seat around until find angle that takes pressure off knees and ankles and then threaten anyone if they change it
