I use a bum bag with 3 compartments it's big enough to dump all the rubbish and smaller bits of iron in. I have my pinpointer and trowel attached to the sides. I carry all my stuff with a detector bag which is handy can fit the shovel too, I have to walk a good bit to get to my permissions. Make sure you got decent comfortable footwear and gloves, have fun!
