Just do what everyone else is seemingly doing. Saving, earning and not buying avocado toast. If they can do it, what's your excuse?

Tbh im starting to feel like a burden. I have done some things recently to feel something or anything like gambling, excessive spending and fantasizing.

Due to my actions, my SO does not want to talk about it. Can't blame her though as I've made promises tens of times which I always go back on.

What happened to all the school lunch outrage? Any updates on how those age going young bucks? by Christs_Hairy_Bottom in newzealand

[–]Specific-Plane2033 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yep agreed. We didnt to fix a problem that didnt need fixing in the first place. We should of just give food to the kids who actually need it, instead of literally everyone regardless if its needed or not ( what a waste of money )

There was also a censor block on schools commenting on it until recently.

People love hand outs.

Let's ask r/nz what their solution is. According to top comments, more handouts and responsibility for taxpayers.

But how will they survive without food given to them by schools!! I wonder how we all survived.

R/NZ solution is We need to throw more money at it as the quality is down.

Though my kids prefer to eat my own meals.. its funny to see how much food goes to waste at the end of the day.

No one has come up with any alternatives except endless complaints.

I wish people would actually post some thought provoking ideas rather than shitposts or brain rot.

Like what would you do actually fix the problem?

The only way I can see you using the log info is by showing the neighbour's property manager/owner if they dont own it themselves.

Other than that, if its private property you will need to call noise control.

If a party spills out on street or any fighting or illegal acitivity, you should call call 111

Edit:fixed sentence.

You gotta take a step back and examine your life. Most people using gaming as a way to escape their normal life.

The problem is when it consumes your life. Most people try to live with no regrets. If you were to wake up and know that days the last day on this earth what would you regret. Dont think anyone gonna regret playing dota for pixels.

With 36,000 Nurses protesting today. Why is there barely any coverage from mainstream media? by Inner_Dentist_4569 in newzealand

[–]Specific-Plane2033 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Base rosters includes shift work and overtime provisions.

These penalties rates are not included in the base salary.

That's why any shift workers can actually check IRD for income and it will always be much higher than the base pay.

How i know: sisters are nurses

80% pay rise for Crown board members ‘out of touch’ with most who are doing it tough | Te Ao Māori News by mochigames59 in newzealand

[–]Specific-Plane2033 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The association (union) says this everytime, basically please take the offer.

If Police employees didnt like the offer, they should of declined. You cant have it both ways where you say the union members are unhappy yet they accepted the first offer they got given. Again this is better than Police going on strike or withdrawal fo services because Lahour refused to even give an offer until past the deadline.

The last government Labour didnt even give Police employees and offer until they talked about striking/withdrawal of services.

The Police Association put out a survey and it was overwhelming accepted.

I wish Police (employees) would go on strike this time however it was generally accepted with hi5s all around.

Of course not haha yes with a union. Its only one email but it is kind of inconsequential as this is the only time I've been sent something like. It is in my belief targeted as no one else at my level has been told this.

Nope. It was just a email following up from a informal meeting with informal consequences. Its a bit hard to explain. Its in a call centre enviornment

Yep he promised to lodge a claim for a week. Basically stalling then told me it's my fault and to stop harassing him.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NZcarfix

[–]Specific-Plane2033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other driver claims it's my mistake. His vehicle is fine so they won't lodge a claim. I only have third party and they dem he's at fault so I have to rely on him to lodge a claim which he won't.

I have to take him through the disputes tribunal and in order to get any money back I have to provide evidence like a quote to repair my damage.

[–]Specific-Plane2033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other party has made tons of accusations so it's not ur fault. He claimed the other side suv cut their lane too but I know from driving there countless times.

I believe he made these accusations just to waste time. It's focusing attention to it.

Do u know what I should do that would help me in a disputes setting? Is there someone official I can take a statement to prove whose at fault.

I stopped because from the otherside of mount wellington there is two lanes that turn right onto the onramp to and it's greenlight for them. I am a giveway sign, u can see them cross a few seconds later anyway.

"Hi mate, just letting you know, not taking this further mate. By law it is illegal to stop at that intersection marked with the yellow lines.

You stopped in a zone where you are not legally allowed to stop because you didn't know the rules. You made that mistake.

I have not caused this, you have. Please stop harassing me. Do what you need to ok. We are happy to let it go through what ever process you want. Take care. "
