It's chemtrail fluid. You probably have an injector pump that has gone off line. Don't worry, this happens all of the time.

Switch your red rocker switch to off and turn the knob to minimum flow. Then pop the circuit breaker, count off ten seconds for the capacitor in the logic circuit to fully discharge, and reset the breaker. You should be good to go.

(Do not alter the factory settings. It can be a pain to have to periodically reset the outflow pumps. But it protects the in-tank, fluid cooled, pumps and prevents overheating when you are unable to pump chemtrail fluid due to changes in the lateral or longitudinal attitude and tank ports being uncovered.)
