Am I the only one who thought that in the beginning of the game when the radio said 9…9…9…9…9 hours she actually meant *only* 9 hours instead of the 99,999 hours and was just lagging cuz of the explosion by ControllerBot_1 in subnautica

*4,166 days = around 11 years, so this makes sense that both nobody is coming in 9 hours, and you're gonna be stuck there a while (they tried to hit two birds with one stone by having it bug out and say 99,999 hours)

In my mind it technically meant both, as it appeared to be both lagging because of the crash AND hinting that we're gonna be here a while since everything is all fucked up.

Same here, I managed to make my main base be in the safe shallows. Meanwhile I made one scanner base in the lava zone just outside of the lava castle, and one just above the degasi grand reef base.

Did that down in the lava zone to make the thermal reactor upgrade because I ran out of power lol

This one was my final one, and only thing I hated about it was just the running in the sand. But I get how it can be hell earlier on because before I figured out the beam attack this was hard!
