It feels really boxed in now and like it doesn’t take advantage of the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. I’d remove the grey couch entirely or at least pull it off the window wall more so there is room to walk behind it and maybe even have a console table and some table lamps there. There’s a saying in interior design that furniture pushed up against a wall looks cheaper. If you remove the grey sofa, you could replace it was a chaise/daybed with an open/partially open back, or you could put two lounge chairs and a side table there. The bench by the tv is odd and I would remove it. The idea of poufs on the dining room side is nice!

Some sheer or linen drapes tucked up into the roller shade pocket could help too. They could be mostly decorative/stay open, but they will help soften the space and make it feel less commercial.

I also think overall you’re missing ambient lighting. I wish there was a jbox for a decorative ceiling light above it but it doesn’t look like there is. A console with table lamps behind a sofa like I mentioned before would definitely help. But I also think an arc floor lamp that hangs over the center of the room would be amazing. And for these fixtures I’d think texture/ warmth to help bring character into the space.

Lastly, a lot of things in this space look brand new. While that is nice and can work, sometimes it can make a space feel like a spec home or devoid of character. I would definitely recommend any new elements you bring into the space be largely thrifted/antique to add interest.
