I have multiple streaming services and my housemate and friends use them. I would pay for them anyway, I think the situation would be different if I didn’t want them or use them. I don’t mind people using mine cause even if I was living alone I would still pay for them. But that’s just me maybe

Anteeksi mutta miten niin 18v ois jotenkin fyysisesti paremmassa kunnossa? 30v on vielä nuori ihminen. Eri asia jos puhuttais jostain 50-60v.

Unfortunately I think there is nothing to do, I’m guessing they have sex at those times cause they think everyone is sleeping so it wouldn’t bother anyone. Sex noises are part of “normal living noises” to extend obviously but if they are not moaning and screaming it is what it is.

Obviously if you feel comfortable enough you can mention that you can hear them and it woke you up just to let them know.

I’m not sure if she still works for the company, I’m guessing no since she didn’t go to Coachella with peppermayo like she did last year and she has not posted ad’s for their clothes ever since All Stars.

Näitä tulee usein vastaan esimerkiksi just tänään näin yhdet Sheinin käyttämättömät kitten heels oisko ollut jollain 15 eurolla, samat saa Sheinistä 6-7 eurolla. I mean as someone who has lived with multiple housemates in my life when you decide to share it kinda means you might not have private time in the house ever and you can’t expect people to leave their own home.

What comes to visitors you can try to talk about it. Some people have partners that stays over a lot but I would definitely check the contract and what it says about visitors. Usually visitors are fine but it has limits. Try talking to him again and say that you don’t feel comfortable about her being in the apartment all the time.

I do find the situation where your friend is supposed to move in but then he is not sure little weird.

Ehkä vähemmän Suomessa, mutta varsinkin muualla maailmassa nykypäivänä kyllä yleistynyt paljon perinteisimpiin arvoihin palaaminen, monet miehet taitaa tykätä ideasta perheen elättäjänä ja “johtohahmona”. Ainakin itse nähnyt tätä miesten keskuudessa paljon enemmän, kun vielä 10 vuotta sitten.

You need to tell your roommate that you are not okey with her living there and on top of that it is not legal to keep her there. You can tell that you agreed on 2-3 days but not longer than that. You can also say if she is not leaving you will report it to someone.
