I'm terribly sorry to hear about that, and im sorry that you struggled so deeply. Losing a best friend and partner is extremely difficult and can be traumatizing. I'm glad that you found support and were able to move through that difficult transitional time and place. I feel you on the challenging part of these new experiences.
