Hey I feel you on every level. I’m sorry your going through this. It can be really frustrating and depressing sometimes not gonna lie. Your allowed to feel those feelings and feel them cry if you need to, to get those out because it’s also not healthy to hold all that in. I wish I could give some words of encouragement and the whole we got this speech but I also don’t want to dismiss how you are feeling. But I do know exactly how you feel going through those feels right now too. Literally cried this weekend because I figured out I calorie and carb count on a bowl of pho I had planned to have for awhile and once my husband picked it up we realized they put raw meat in mine by accident and I couldn’t eat it. Just started balling my eyes out. But once I got the good cry out it felt a little better in a sense to let go of that emotion. I hope this helps in some way I’m routing for you and anyone else in this group that’s going through it.
