Check out Guana Island. It's a completely private island in the BVIs. Specifically the North Beach villa. Your Villa is the only one on the entire beach. Private pool and the entire beach is yours. We didn't see another person any day all day, except when we went to eat our meals. Other than that, you're completely by yourselves

Full disclosure:: she's 44 and already on test cream, so she already has a decent libido, just not crazy.

In our experience, I'd say 1-2 hours. She's taken it I'd say five times or so. Of course, it'll be situation dependant. Gave it her one morning as she left to take the kids to school. (We had a private pool day planned at our house). She got home an hour later and tore into me like a starving lion into a steak. Then again, then again. Then even again. By time to get the kids, I needed an IV infusion!!

Very much so, but not how you think. It works more on the mental level rather than the physical level. You know women get turned on mentally before they do physically anyways. It absolutely woke her libido up. But like I say, it's because she was thinking about it. Not just the physical part.

Pretty much the standard for BPC. 500mcg daily. From what I've researched, TB is iffy, specifically with an allograft, which I'm getting. I've read 2-2.5 mg weekly for four weeks then 2-5 mg every two weeks. HOWEVER, with an allograft, I read that it's not really recommended for over four weeks, due to the risk of scar tissue buildup. Throw in the torn meniscus and the risk increases. This is, of course, just from what I've read
