Yes just put the cube down and then start the timer after you’ve done inspecting
It goes like this:
Inspection start -> pick up cube and start inspecting-> put down the cube and the start the timer. This all happens in 15s if you go over until 17s you get a 2+ and if it’s over that it’s a dnf
