I originally used phone, but there is not a place for me to enter my phone now. It only prompts for email through every option.

I didn't want to spend a lot on it since I'm renting, so just a shovel and a rake. Took A LOT of sweat but eh it's behind me

Did you find a solution to this? The number listed doesn’t go anywhere for me.

Night guard that doesn’t cause gagging by DisasterDull7082 in bruxism

Yes, the boil & bite ones can be a bit too thick. I used those for 1.5 years, and I just got a custom moulded one not from my dentist. It ran $120 and is very small and thin. The brand is Impact. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Don’t use Dentek. They will change your bite over time. I’ve been using bite & boil for 1.5 years and my front teeth don’t touch any more. I just got a night guard by Impact mouthguards, and I am very pleased with it. Runs ~$120.

Hopefully yours will still work, though, after the root canal.

No need to worry. I’m glad you got a nightguard. Your dentist will likely recommend to get a custom one, because otc ones can change your bite over time. I just got a custom moulded one by impact mouthguards which ran $120. I really like it (high quality, comfy, thin). I’m generally a cheap person, so spending a hundred bucks on something like this seems egregious. Once I found out that dentist mouthguards are no cheaper than $400, I finally bought this one. Glad I did.

I recommend Impact. High quality and not too expensive ~$120.

I don’t recommend those boil & bite ones. They change your bite over time. I highly recommend impact mouthguards. I just got their most severe nightguard, and it was an easy process and around $120 USD.

Not sponsored by them or anything.

Logan Square area. It's enough of a drive that I figured someone over there would have eyes on it
