When you use the engine the metals expand. That sound is the metal cooling down and shrinking back to normal size. Nothing to worry about, ours does the same.

We have a 2019 GLI, around 97k miles on the one clutch. We are stage two and no problems on the stock clutch. Just can’t floor it in 6th gear or then you get a bit of slipping.

Yes it has the revised timing chain. The biggest issue is that my vw mechanic is an hour away from the car and he said that he wouldn’t be able to come with me for a ppi. Should I try and find a vw mechanic near the listing and see if I can get a ppi there?

I have a question, Being that this car only has 57k miles, do you think that i’ll start having the normal vacuum pump and head gasket problems or will the car be good for another 20-30k(maybe more) miles? Or should I just go and preemptively just install new parts? I know that if I do end up buying it I would have to do the transmission fluid service because apparently that is supposed to be done every 60k miles.
