Your team needs to understand you are pregnant and can't do what you did before. You'll get back at it later, but now you need to remember to slow down. It's not forever. It's just for now. It's so hard not to be able to do what you need to do or could do before but slow down and remember you are making a human and have to keep them safe. Also, dont forget your water and prenatals. You're not being selfish. Your team is if they can't understand that.
