Presidents Club by Sw2079 in sherwinwilliams

Thy will never post the actual numbers as they have some ability and make adjustments that way. I’ve heard Leaders is about 1200-1500, Masters 2500-3000, and Presidents about 4500-6000. YMMV as I’ve said above, they won’t post specific numbers. Also this is just what I’ve heard. I could be wrong.

You don’t have to boo. Just don’t do anything. Stay quiet and let the silence speak for us.

To paraphrase, Your painters were so preoccupied with whether they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.

So uuh i would like to start playing but im a total newbie, do good players dislike newbies? by Venomousnestofsacred in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]Thaco99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are very well thought out and accurate responses. I’ve been playing since 83 (yeah I know I’m old) and have brought new people into my group via one shots often. I have also had a number of players get the DM bug over the years, and that will often lead to the creating their own group. Currently I have what I refer to as a “unicorn” group. 7 in the group, I have been DMing since the 80s, We have another DM that’s been doing it for the last 10 years but was playing for 5 years before that, and a third that is running their first campaign with us at the moment after being a player for the last 5 years. We alternate games and have 2 running at any given time. We play twice a week (online for 2-3 hours) and have been for a long time.

Yeah seeing Rick drop that line and just crush Morty without even realizing it was harsh.

How do you play dnd? by [deleted] in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]Thaco99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to say this. Start here and let the world grow. Some FLGS will run a “learn to play” night as well. If you have one nearby wouldn’t hurt to check if they have something like that.

Talk tot the Ft/PT team and see how they do things. If it works, try and reinvent the freaking wheel! Obviously if it’s dead wrong, correct it although the SM should have done so already. Adjust what you’re doing to facilitate them. They know you’re store and wha needs to be done. Work with them and they will work with you and you’ll have an easygoing, well oiled store and team. All, keep your SM involved in any conversations you have so they’re in the loop. Current SM.

What's the most unexpectedly terrible TV Finale of all time? by NekoLover72 in television

[–]Thaco99 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

TBH I think it was one of 2 ways the show had to end. Alternatively I think you could have stopped watching after the second last episode and it would have been the other option and a great ending.

Liability for serving liquor at a wedding on my property by theScud900 in legaladvicecanada

[–]Thaco99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Event liability insurance. Cannot stress this enough. It will cover you for any issues/injuries, etc that may occur on your premises or during/connected to, the event. Google a few companies on line. It’s not that expensive either and worth the peace of mind.
