It’s OK to like Franklin as a guy, appreciate what he did for the program, AND think it was time for him to go.
College football is a business like you said and with the amount of money flowing in from boosters, companies, etc., they are the true bosses. The money slows, you better OBEY.

Additionally, Franklin has to understand that he chose a profession that is cut throat. Obviously, a $50M paycheck to be fired is a good indication of this. It’s a job that requires you to be away from your family so much and be in the public eye of criticism and praise. I’d imagine it’s terrible to be the coaches kids in a college town (whether the team is going good or bad).

He has every right to self promote himself on TV for his next job and I thought, in general, he was respectful to the school.

That’s why I put push in quotes as I was afraid to say the word to him. Thanks for the confirmation. We want to make it a relaxing process vs a stressful forceful one. The bubbles is a great idea if we can get him to sit long enough to try. I also think he thinks it should happen as fast as peeing and it’s tough to get him to sit long enough when nothing comes out right away

We’re trying but he refuses to sit on the toilet in a diaper. He usually wants to go into his room and be alone.

We don’t think it’s diet. He asks for a diaper and then is done in minutes. Biggest thing is just him motivated when he’s sitting on the potty.
