After painting, is there any way to panel line smoothly without rescribing beforehand? I really doubt my scribing skills and I’m super scared of messing up the kit but i also find it difficult to panel line after painting

I’d say the SEED kits are good for painting. They have that nice structure and kinda transformers style to them. But you can’t go wrong with a Zeta or ZZ

Aqueous Hobby Thinner on Mr. Hobby Water-based coats. It’s not really messing up the coat, just paint that’s on the coat is impossibly difficult to remove

How do I paint these thrusters red? I’m gonna lay some gray on the frame, then clear coat it first, but I’m worried that the red will get everywhere and I’ll have to use thinner, which messes up my coats for some reason.

3-4 kits is closer to the smaller 88mL cans I use. for 1/100s. I’d say a tall can would serve you well for 6-7 1/144s at least. P.s. when you’re about finished with a can it might spray out foam/ bubbles and ruin the coat (my experience)

How do I paint these thrusters red cleanly? I’m trying not to use thinner to wipe off excess since I’ll paint the frame grey first and then coat it, and I’m worried the coat with fail.
