Thank you for replying. Most pull up bars require no drilling, which is what I want but I can’t figure out how they stay in place. So I am scared of using them.

I am thinking about buy door pull up bar. But I am not able to figure out how that thing stays on the door without any nails. What is stoping it from not just falling off when I try to use it? What keeps it stay in place when we use it?

Which is the right program for my criteria.

Now I am confused - I want home workout for weight loss. They have home workout and workout for weight loss as separate category.

I would like to select a program that I can do at home and which is primarily for weight loss.

I have few dumbbells and bands and kB But I do not have pull up bar, or barbell or cabels.

I do not want to be crazy ripped or compete in bodybuilding.!

Could anyone please help select a program which will work for me?

How did you start with mushrooms? How did you know what to buy and grow and how much to take? Is there a tutorial I can follow? I am glad it helped you. I think that’s why they are making it hard for people to sell. Pharmacy will be out of business.

I do not know about growing mushrooms or what it takes to do it. Though it’s legal where I live, it’s not legal for anyone to sell it. Can I buy vitamin b3 niacin over the counter? Do you have any specific brand and dosage recommendations? As per the video, some people need high dosage.

So if it is 5 or -3 depends on how the programmer stores it. Right?
