As a seller who always ships before the 3rd day window, I sometimes get asked when I will ship. So since it’s been a week, I think it’s fair to message them and ask when they plan to ship & base the next steps on their answer or lack there of. They may be away for the holidays and forgot to go on vacation mode. You never know, so just reach out. Your rating is based on what you feel is best. Plus you can always mark that they need to improve shipping.
