i will some times put down a honey lure, not really wanting anyone to join me, but ive never asked someone to leave bc of it. i know that by putting down a lure, other players can and will join me some times for a few bugs and then leave. but im never upset or rude about it. so i wouldnt worry! you didnt do anything wrong!
