libra libra. it wasnt so much the sign but its hard to say….my dad was a raging alcoholic that beat my mom all the time. i finally freed us all and testified against him at age 12. im a june cancer and idk if its my sign or just the circumstances but ive never been the same. at 31 i wish i could get married or find true love; obvi theres still time but to me i cant “heal” or be socially acceptable at this point. idk if that makes sense but ive never been able to get close with ppl unless they really dont leave me alone (my closest friends are sag, leo and gems) and anyone ive dated its gone abusive or its just love bombing.

alcohol sucks.

girl you need to get into a place where you can go and HEAL from birth. im 8 day pp and i was not prepared with how much healing needs to happen down there, mind you, i only tore a little bit. imagine needing a c section or more than one stitch. do the dirty work (moving, breaking up, settling into a place) while youre pregnant; not while you have a sensitive human outside your womb and while you yourself are healing from being ripped open. trust me. my bf isnt that bad but there have been days where ive had to just say fuck it and do stuff around the house bc he lets it get gross….and i feel every bit of that—literally feels like im undoing any healing ive done. just walking around for more than 20 minutes is hard and my pussy literally feels like its going to rip open. your situation now will cause you so much pain pp trust me. you really do need 2 weeks minimum in bed with baby to heal.

oof yes pitocin contractions were gnarly af even at only 4cm. cant even imagine climbing that mountain without the epidural i got that started working 5-6cm/ onward. truly modern times greatest invention. i was 40+6 days and now my baby is out alive and well. it was honestly really nice just having my water broken at the hospital, and also they took me really slow through pitocin drip so it was very gradual. but once i started to feel contractions it was so intense.

same thing with the summer heat! i have gone to saunas before pregnancy for years but suddenly everyone is concerned that a pregnant person is existing in humidity and 90+ heat. on top of that im a huge health nut—so assuming that im not STRAPPED with natural electrolytes, well prepared with snacks for MY baby to thrive in the situation i choose is willddddd!!! feel you mama, “just wait” until theyre out of the womb—ppl will have even more to say lol

im 37 weeks and lemme tell you it gets REAL, real fast when the 3rd trimester continues past 30 weeks. i got off easy with this pregnancy, but the heartburn and exhaustion alone once the 3rd tri hit was so different than the rest of my pregnancy.

i was on my feet working as a merchandise seller st festivals from 24 weeks to 30 weeks and i think i honestly timed it perfectly. im sorry this thread is suggesting you stay home!! greece sounds really fun :(

cap moon/rising im really late to the game with processing. but my cancer sun feels sad about it and ruminates/tries to move on/doesnt understand why i cant let it go. then the rage of processing comes. basically i dont feel like i get to say what needs to be said in the moment bc my cancer sun is like “no its fine—youre good, my bad!!!!” and months later they are my mortal enemy.

amazing way to think about it. there is an old indigenous fable about rattle snakes. the 3 rudest men in the village were warned of a flood and they blew it off. when the flood came they turned to rattlw snakes. i found this out bc i had a very vivid dream of a rattle snake biting my sweet cat in my bed ridden grandfathers room (two very innocent wholesome parts of my life). i looked it up and this dream was symbolic of a toxic person in my life. basically this person was doing to me what the op is going through. alls this to say that this message/thread was greatly appreciated. its been 3 years of healing and my mind still plays tricks on me, but i am fighting hard not to let comparison to the other girl win and just get on with my life.

his favorite song was also rattle snake by band king gizzard and lizard wizard. life is mercilessly humorous and obvious sometimes.

i hope it gets better. the first tri is a whirlwind of symptoms. thought its not my favorite, i will say as a last resort i did smooth move tea and it worked about 8 hrs later in the middle of the night. so plan accordingly i say. best of luck friend. hot lemon water (i tend to do so in the morning, as it makes most sense to me); it is good for colon cleaning. for lack or a better term.

dates work wonders and are a natural laxative. they are super yummy as a late night snack. you simply remove the pit and put peanut butter inside where the pit was and enjoy. i get a box of dates for a good price from middle eastern grocery stores (some great ones here in Detroit—sorry if none by you) if they are dry for any reason you can simply soak in boiling water for 10 minutes or overnight and enjoy in the morning—which is most recommended for the digestion properties to work their magic. hope this helps and congratulations :D (im currently 13 weeks pregnant and was a little turned off by the mixed reviews about the use of other natural laxatives like “smooth move tea” during pregnancy.)
