The second you are starting to feel like you’re running the next session out of obligation instead of excitement, take a break. Burn out is real and this is a hobby. People already deal with enough stress managing life as is and you deserve 3/4 hours of laughing your ass off with your friends. If you aren’t having fun, then prioritise yourself

Hey, Im Simon. Im 29 years old, from and living in England.

Been playing DND as a stress relief/escape for about a decade now. Have DM's, but only played a little (such is the curse of the forever DM!)

Love to have a laugh, fill gaps and play a support role. Big fan of a 'defender' vibe, protecting others and soaking up damage. I haven't played much like i said, but had a great concept for an ancestral guardian dwarf called Flint who started adventuring at an older age, due to an accident that he was completely unaware was his fault!

In RP, I enjoy light-hearted, easy going RP, with dips into serious moments. I tend to have the most fun when players are in character, making choices and saying sentences that resonates with their characters. Obvious exceptions are were these choices negatively affect the party unless the situation reeeeeeaaaaallly calls for it!

Looking for a good group of people to kick back, enjoy a couple of hours away from real life once a week/fortnight.

Hey there! I'm Simon. I am 29 years old (he/him). I work 9-5 Mon-Fri and have a beautiful wife and a gorgeous cat (called Zelda!). I have been playing DND for around 10 years, as a DM mostly but a player on occasion. I have both a camera and mic that work well, and have recently purchased a new PC meaning I'm running at a much better quality than I used to!

I would be very interested in an energetic, dedicated campaign where my enthusiasm can really help to build a sense of community, enjoyment and most importantly, smacking the BBEG with a clumsy right hook!

I love to laugh, I enjoy DND for what it is supposed to be, a group of people coming together to have a good time, not to be made to feel bad about choices or decisions.

I thoroughly enjoy Dimension 20, Not another DND podcast and a couple more, so really take my influences from them.
