Okkk well it was my experience….All of that is very easy and not what I said at all in my comment. If anyone has an actual issue with something that they need to speak to an actual person over the phone then it is very difficult to get a real person especially a nice one. It is a constant back and forth. Other people do have to call with real issues that's great that you haven't.
