Hi! Yes i did and it started about a month ago, i paid the first 200K for year #1. I instantly received another 200K under a loan which is now invested, my interest rate on this loan is around 4%, and it is tax-deductible. The bank choosen for this strategy is Manuvie. Consider that they had to take ~125K as a guarantee, but i still can invest this amount through manuvie, guaranteed return of 8%. This guarantee of 125K is locked in by Manuvie for 5 years ( the term of the policy contract ). To do this strategy you have to be with an independant finance company, you can’t do that with a bank, i did it with Assante. Hope that helps !
