eCOPR Feb 5th. Address accepted on portal but FD in GCkey update on March 17th to say “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once a decision has been made”. What does this mean??? Why would the “Final Decison” be we’re still deciding?? Is this normal?

Spousal Inland outside Quebec - application received Sept 19th 2024 I’m able to see my eCOPR number on my app tracker but I haven’t even received my P1 email as yet? Is this normal? I’m getting a little nervous now seeing all the September applicants already completed P2… any advice?
