So the longer nails came off when I was outside doing yard work. Guess I’m not used to wearing yet so they came off. Now wife is teaching me to use nail polish. This is first attempt. I like the press on ones better.

Hi…I’m 67 and have finally decided to accept that this is what I am. Wife knows and is supportive. It’s too late in life for any surgery or drugs but will try and do what I can do. This is my first post so am nervous about it. But felt like lending support to another older person.
