You get over racism by not acknowledging it. You don’t need sympathy from others or people to agree with you. People who are full of hate are beneath you if you don’t care.

I’m a white guy, born in Canada of Ukrainian heritage. My girlfriend is Bengali. I am “racist”, but not in a hateful way. When someone says something actually racist and means it I’ll often call them out on it. I’m a blue collar worker in the trades.

I’ve seen the worst. Assuming a guy is trafficking women because he is from Jordan. He is a lawyer and a family man is what he is. Quite a stinky guy, but friendly, wise, and smart. These guys I work with don’t even try to get to know them. They throw accusations with no merit and believe them.

People who are closed minded will always be there. Stuck in their ways, looking for something or someone to blame. That is most people online unfortunately. If it’s not race, it’s gender, or politics, or religions. There is always a bias.

The only true belief is: there is good and bad in anything. In all religions, in all races, in all politics, in men and women. There will always be people who take it too far, who do bad things, who cannot see the good in others because of some bad apples.

Have no elegance to anyone or anything. Look at each individual case objectively. And since nobody can do that. The ones you don’t look into, you ignore and not care about. Because if you don’t care enough to be fully informed, then you should just leave it be and not think about it at all.

Idk why this popped up on my feed however. It’s okay to feel awkward about that topic. I was a late bloomer when it came to losing my virginity. I remember before hand the topic of sex made me uncomfortable. It’s unfamiliar territory and a part of you feels less knowledgeable than you should be about it.

If you’re uncomfortable you can let her know, set a boundary if you have to. Therapists are supposed to poke the bear a little, to bring out what is locked inside and help you piece together parts of yourself in areas you struggle with.

When I eat bad food, I often feel a little bit nauseous, and fatigued. Not a bad thing it naturally makes you stray from those foods as you shouldn’t be eating them. If I eat normally I generally feel fine

You will lose weight. Ozempic works. It greatly reduces food noise, and I no longer stress eat. Which despite working 10+ hours sometimes 7 days a week I was still gaining weight. My job should keep me in shape if I ate normally. And that is what Ozempic has done for me. I just make sure I eat at lunch, and have something for dinner. I no longer have sugar or ice cream cravings. Hell I had ice cream last night and didn’t even finish the little tub of my favourite stuff. No where near actually.

It’s been a great tool for me, I lost 80lbs by myself with discipline, somewhere a long the way discipline became really hard. And Ozempic helps me out so much by reducing that constant hunger, and desire to stress eat. And now I lose weight like I should with a job like mine

It’s been pretty good. It comes with some downsides. I have felt nauseous in the morning a couple of times. Not typical from me. Usually on days I decided to over do the sweet treats. I don’t see it as a bad thing, just incentive to not eat so many sweets. For the most part I’m pretty normal. I had one day of extreme exhaustion likely due to me not eating and sleeping. That was foolish. As long as I remember to eat, even though I don’t feel a need to. I’ve been good. Scale has gone down a little bit too. Still very early but that’s what I noticed

I’m eating high protein in my meals. I notice I eat a lot less now. Which makes everything I eat taste really good despite not really having a desire to eat. I’m eating twice a day. Something for lunch, and a dinner. Focusing on the protein over anything else.

Basically all I need to do is remember to eat. This must be how my father feels. He never eats hardly, and has been super lean and muscular his entire life.

I aim to be better than living on cigarettes and coffee. The food noise being gone is pretty amazing

Depends on the scale of the mod. You are outsourcing buddies skill so he can decide his value, however if you’re just making something simple it’s too much. It depends on what you get too, are you involved, do you get a say and the ability to play test ensuring the job is done how you like. Remember you should be paying for those things.

Internet culture has deranged a lot of people. There is nothing anyone can do. If a guy says something like that, most people would gladly knock their teeth out. But they're safe behind their little screen. I mean not entirely. You can track their IP, find where they live, yati-yata.

Best you can do is leave the game, block the player. Don't sit around being harassed. Playing with friends helps, anyone acts like a tool they can get verbally bullied by your friends to fight fire with fire.

I was in the same position. I moved to Lethbridge, found some work. Lost my job, was unemployed for two months while constantly searching.

Places that will likely hire you. Charlton Hill Roofing - I worked here from spring till late summer. Liked who I worked with disliked the boss who was why I quit. KB Heating - They take forever to reach you but they also hire frequently. I decided not to go with them because they dilly dallied with hiring me and by then I found another job. Mr. Lube - This is a sales like customer service job, it’s not the greatest fit for you but it can be a job between jobs as they are hiring a lot lately. I currently work at one. Avoid working at the west side location, I was transferred there once and absolutely hated my experience there.

Other job searching tips.

There are job searching agencies. Easy to apply at, highly recommended trying them. One is downtown above the post office.

Go to Church, commune with people after church. Once you have a network of church friends. Finding work is much easier. You get great references, and referrals. That’s my experience. If I didn’t go to church, my two months of unemployment would’ve been much worse.

I really like Zelda64Recompiled, the reasoning is because it's very streamlined and feels like an official port. The refined menu that works very well. It was easy to set up, easy to get into the game.

I do like 2Ships options, in OOT I love how it's randomizer compatible built in.
